By Invitation Only. Till now, one heard it for events and occasions that are meant for select few. One could not just walk in and become part of the exclusivity that an organiser looked for.

But the same concept has got extended to the real estate and Lodha Group is coming out with a residential project in the city which will boast of exclusivity and flats here are available By Invitation Only. The group will be shortlisting its customers and make an offer to be part of the project.

Spread over 12.9 acres near Hitec MMTS Station on the spinal road connecting JNTU and Madhapur, the project is to come up as four towers each rising to 45 floors. And each floor is to be one individual flat with a built-up area of approximately 5,000 sft and work on the model unit is almost complete, says R.Karthik, Senior Vice President-Marketing, Lodha Group.

The group has earlier launched the country’s first ‘By Invitation Only’ project in Mumbai where it holds a land back of 6,000 acres, and now the second one is coming up in the city. “We acquired the site here in government auction few months back and the work is already on,” said Mr.Karthik. As of now, pricing of units is kept under wraps. For the project, the group had already identified more than 2,000 potential customers in the city and invitations are being extended.

“It is not for the masses. Money can be with everybody but lifestyle and class is preserve of few. This is the segment we are looking for to ensure that an owner of our flat is proud of his neighbours,” he said.
