Land prices on outskirts likely to shoot up
Tuesday, August 26th, 2008Land prices are set to rise in the 849 surrounding villages of the city with the formation of the Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority (HMDA).
These villages were merged with the HMDA. Anticipating this, real estate players have already jacked up rates in some newly included areas of the HMDA.
