Jubilee Hills Landmark Projects Private Limited (JHLP) is a joint venture between ICICI Venture, Nagarjuna Construction Company and Maytas Properties to develop a 5.7 acre property in the heart of Hyderabad in Jubilee Hills.
It was won in an open bid conducted by the Hyderabad Urban Development Authority. Key management personnel have been identified for the project and progress is underway on it.
This ‘Jubilee Hills Landmark’ project is spread over 5.7 acres of premier land adjacent to KBR Park. The mixed use development of over 1000,000 Sq Ft of space will include a 5 Plus Star Hotel, Luxury Apartments and high end retail space.
