Spread over 300 acres of land near Hyderabad, Maytas Hill County offers an environmental deck with gardens, play areas, sandbeds for children and artificial ponds. “The whole township has been built in tandem with the landscape, with least intrusion into the natural landscape.
This gives the township a natural feel, with a green patch of over 50% of the township,” said Sumith Reddy, head (residential townships — AP region), Maytas Properties.
The company is targeting customers in the income group of Rs 1 lakh a month. “A majority of our customers are young double-income couples,” said Reddy. It has 840 apartments besides villas and bungalows and the price ranges from Rs 75 lakh to Rs 1.5 crore.
Bungalows and apartments have two styling options – contemporary and classic. The 17-acre environmental deck has been built on a slab of same area and the space below that it is the parking lot. It also has hanging gardens for apartments that will double up as leisure areas in the privacy of a home.
