Loading ...We’ve heard of exchange offers for TV sets and cars. But has anyone heard about an exchange offer from a construction company? Taking the scheme to a new level, Mansani Constructions has come out with an exchange offer for homes in its project, Krishna Enclave, at Karmanghat.
Announcing the scheme here, Krishna Kumar, managing director of the company, said anyone could exchange his or her old flat with a new independent house of the same price in their venture, which has already registered a 25 per cent occupancy. ‘‘In spite of escalating land prices in the city, the Mansani Group is offering houses that are still affordable to the middle class.The company is also offering pre-launch deals on bungalows and independent houses in its upcoming gated community projects,’’he added.
According to him, the company provides an integrated solution to customers right from obtaining copies of land owners hip records like encumbrance certificates, pahanis, verification of records for tenancy and protected tenancy.
The company developed residential spaces at Karmanghat, Jillellaguda, Meerpet, Almasguda, Medipally, Boduppal and Gayatri Nagar. BDL Township and Singapore Residency are the prestigious projects executed by the company so far.
