Dhyanaprastha Township Offers Hassle-free Living

For senior citizens in search of a hassle-free life and necessary conveniences at hand, Dhyanaprastha Seva Sangham has come up with a project near Shamirpet lake.
Spread over four acres, the project has 46 units of around 1,560 sft each with all the amenities that makes for a comfortable life for those having retired from decades of service rigours, wanting to spend time without having to bother about day-to-day issues.
Located opposite Aliabad Ratnalayam Balaji Temple, Majeedpur village, the Dhyanaprastha Senior Citizens’ Township comes with a centralised kitchen and dining hall serving vegetarian food, pyramid for meditation, a rock garden and a lotus pond, water treatment plant, library-cum-reading room and round-the-clock security.
“We are providing two cars exclusively for the residents and there will be cooks, maid servants apart from a caretaker to provide all assistance needed by the residents,” informs Ravula Anjaiah, president, Dhyanaprastha Seva Sangham. The cottages offer three bedrooms and an entire infrastructure from non-skid flooring to power backup .
Health clinic with daily visiting doctor and tie-up with leading hospitals for emergencies are also part of the package. “Regular maintenance services with electricians, plumbers and gardeners are also in place ,” says S.K.Rajan, Secretary of the Sangham.
Of the 46 units, already 43 have been booked and work is in the last lap of completion. The occupants are expected to take possession of the property in coming weeks, Mr. Anjaiah says.
