IVR Prime to build high-rise apartments in Hyderabad

Hyderabad-based realty firm IVR Prime Urban Developers Limited (IVR Prime) has entered into a joint development agreement with land owners for construction of high-rise residential apartments on 9.2 acres at Kukatpally in the city.
According to IVR Prime managing director E Sunil Reddy, the Rs 386-crore gated community project comprises a built-up area of 1.32 million sft and a parking area for 1,200 cars. It consists of two bedroom apartments of 1,250 sft, three bedroom apartments of 1,500 sft and four bedroom apartments of 1,800 sft each.
The company is also set to foray into the city of Vishakapatnam with its real estate development at Vedurvada, located near the Vizag Steel Plant. The project named ‘Misty Woods’ is spread over 130 acres, Reddy stated in a press release.
The Rs 300-crore project comprises 1,500 independent homes in a planned layout. The total built-up area of the venture is around 1.22 million sft. Each plot size would measure up to 200 sq yds. Amenities like club house, landscaped open spaces and a primary school will be the value addition to the project.
The company’s ongoing projects include the Rs 100-crore Thyme Park at Bangalore, which is spread over an area of eight acres. It comprises 490 flats in eight buildings with 727 car parks and amenities like 40 feet wide internal roads, a swimming pool and a club house. The total built-up area of the project would be 526,000 sft. Of this, construction of 141,000 sft has been completed.
