DO NOT GET CHEATED BY THE BROCHURES OF NARNE ELITE (Jain Housing’s Carlton Creek). IT IS FAKE. You will be in real trouble with these leaches of Janmabhoomi.
Janmabhoomi Homes owner’s (Narne Apparao) is wearing a new mask now. There have some land next to Delhi public school and a few plots in Sai Aishwarya layout.
But they are showing as if there are going to use all the Sai Aishwarya’s land for their apartments (Narne Elite/Jain Housing’s Carlton Creek). As far as I know not even a single owner has sold their land to Narne. The plot owners formed association with an office and getting the plots regularized.
Narne’s goondas are demolishing the association office and trying to break the association.
One thing is sure. Narne Elite (Jain Housing’s Carlton Creek)is fake. THey can not construct anything unless they grab the land from individual plots owners in Sai Aishwarya.
