i have 3 questions
i need to know if the villas are for sale at boulder hills, what is the price we can pay if someone is willing to sell (second sales) per sq yard “without the house”? and why are the so hush hush about the villas?

Hi Rahul,
I heard that Villas at Boulder Hills are sold out, but you need to check that with EmaarMGF. I don’t know if they are selling only the land without the house, but if they are selling only land, I will not be surprised to see the price above Rs 50000/sq yd.
Why so hush hush about the Villas? That I will leave upto you to imagine. Have a visit to the site and location…
