SatyaVani Green Homes, Hyderabad-based real estate developers and part of the SatyaVani group of companies, has decided to invest over $10 million in Udhodayam Green Homes (UGH).
“UGH will set an example on how construction industry can build a better tomorrow by not adding to the global warming concerns. We have designed our projects in such a manner that people would not have to sacrifice their comforts and will live in a healthy environment,” P Surya Prakash, managing director, SatyaVani group of companies said.
UG Homes is largest integrated green homes township at Annojiguda on the Hyderabad-Warangal highway. The project, coming up on 12 acres, will have 1,800 units built on green norms that will emit least gases into the atmosphere, not adding to the global warming concerns.
The residential units at UG Homes will be equipped with solar panels to generate power to be used by the residents.
With Raheja IT park and Infosys campus up in the vicinty, and thrust being given to Warangal as an IT destination, Annojiguda has the potential to become a hub for IT comapnies in the near future, Prakash said adding that work on three others projects coming up in Begumpet, an apartment in Kondapur and 107 villas in Gagillapur too has started.
Prakash said that the houses would cost between Rs 30 lakh and Rs 80 lakh.

We burned our hands dealing with Satyavani Group. Made false promises and also breached the agreement/contract. Did not refund money yet. They don’t respond.

Hi,
I would second Mr. Surender’s comment above. Although I have not dealt with the Satyavani group directly, I have dealt with their director Mr. P Surya Prakash and his wife Mrs. Mahalakshmi. They enrolled their daughter into our SAT training program (for an education abroad) and did not pay up on the first day of class (which is mandatory). Mr. Prakash personally rang me up and said that he would pay the next day and was requesting me to allow her daughter to sit in class for day one. In all good faith I did so and the parents made a cheque payment on the next day which was a sunday. We deposited the cheque on Monday morning and on tuesday Mrs. Mahalakshmi calls us up and says that they are immediately moving out to America and that the daughter will not be coming to class (which was a big lie). Our registration form clearly spells out that they will be no refund of whatsoever issued. Since they requested me I said I could refund 50% of the amount and the lady agreed and hung up. To my horror the issued cheque was stopped for payment by Mr. Surya Prakash and his wife and when we asked why the man makes some stories saying I wanted issue another cheque for 50% amount which obviously did not happen. So we made a settlement to pay for the classes the daughter attended. He kept saying in a day or two and now he doesnot even bother answering the phone. I sent an sms to his wife and told her how disgusting this whole thing was getting so Mr. Prakash message back asking for the NEFT code of our account which I promptly gave him. He sent back an sms saying the payment has been done along with a reference number. We checked with the bank and guess what????? THE PAYMENT IS STILL NOT DONE! I sent him an sms and he doesnt even bother replying back! I would say only one thing what is the point in believing a company which is backed by such a shallow person who has no morales in life , if a person is not clean with money he/she would never be clean as a person and this incident truly shows that!
