Application forms under the Compulsory Disclosure Scheme (CDS) for penalisation and regularisation of illegal constructions, buildings and layouts/plots in the jurisdiction of Hyderabad Urban Development Authority will be sold at HUDA offices at Greenlands Guesthouse, Begumpet and GHMC Building, West Marredpally.

The application form along with a handbook containing instructions and frequently asked questions is priced at Rs. 25. One can also download the application form from HUDA website — www.hudahyd.org

The HUDA, HADA, and CDA are competent authorities to receive and process applications for penalisation and regularisation of unauthorised constructions and buildings constructed in deviation of sanctioned plan and also regularisation of unapproved and illegal layouts within the jurisdiction of HUDA, extended HUDA, HADA and CDA as per the GO No.901 and 902. Applications forms should be submitting by February-end.

For the areas falling under the jurisdiction of the GHMC, including the erstwhile 12 municipalities, the GHMC is the competent authority to process the applications for regularisation. In respect of areas under Bhongir and Sangareddy municipalities, included in the extended HUDA, applications have to be filed with those municipalities. Owners failing to avail of this opportunity would be liable for stringent action including levying of continuing penalties and demolition, according to HUDA Secretary.
