Kokapet auctions disappoint HUDA

The Hyderabad Urban Development Authority sold a single 25-acre plot but the bid was a mere Rs 1 lakh over the upset price of Rs 12 crore.
Brandix Apparel City to go on stream next year

Two notices are to be issued to the organisation – one by the Chief Secretary and another by GHMC, demanding handing over land for widening key thoroughfares especially the Mettuguda-Tarnaka road to 150 ft.
