Huda eyes Rs 20 cr per acre in Kokapet

Buoyed by good response to the auction by the Andhra Pradesh Housing Board on Monday, Hyderabad Urban Development Authority is expecting Rs 2,000 crore from the auction of 100 acres of prime land at Kokapet on December 20.
Huda fixed the upset price at Rs 12 crore per acre and expects bidders to quote up to Rs 20 crore after the APHB auction fetched Rs 14.55 crore per acre for an 18.75-acre plot of land at Kukatpally. Huda officials, who are likely to conduct the auction at the Buddha Purnima Project Authority near the Secretariat, hope that the auction will go smoothly.
