After the launch of television channels on news and culture in the State, now ‘Real Estate TV’ will be on air within a week. This is already on air in some states in the country and it will be a reality in AP now, says Alliance Group Chairman Manoj Namburu while announcing on Wednesday their maiden real estate venture ‘Inner Circle’ near Shamirpet in Hyderabad.
Briefing about the new projects, he said that Real Estate TV is the India’s first 24×7 channel totally dedicated to real estate and infrastructure. It will have information and virtual presentation about various real estate projects.
He said that bookings for the ‘Inner Circle’ will start from December 1, after a formal announcement. This is a villa project with the promise of bringing luxurious Singapore lifestyle to the city of Nizams.
The project will have 350 luxury villas designed by Surbana of Singapore. Spread over 60 acres, it offers villas on plot sizes ranging between 2400 sq ft and 6000 sq ft and they are priced from Rs 80 lakhs to Rs 2 crore, he explained.
Manoj said that each villa, which comes with the Alliance warranty was aimed at the growing demand in Hyderabad for high-quality and classy lifestyle living.
To ensure this, Inner Circle will also have a 110-room 5-star hotel on the campus offering various club house facilities and children’s play area.
All this will be amid extensively landscaped lush surroundings. He said the project, which is located in the vicinity of ICICI Knowledge Park will be completed in 36 months from April 2008.
