BPTP bags site for Rs 666 cr

Real estate company BPTP has bagged 30 acres in the Knowledge City coming up near Hyderabad for Rs 666 crore. In an auction by Andhra Pradesh Industrial Infrastructure Corporation (APIIC), the highest bid was offered by the BPTP for Rs 22.20 crore per acre. APIIC had floated a tender for the project with a reserve price of Rs 20 crore per acre. The company is promoted by Mr. Kabul Chawla in 2003. It builds condominiums, villas, commercial complexes, IT parks and shopping malls.
