If a reputed company that pioneered infrastructure development in State and elsewhere for more than two decades, embarks on a residential project, it is bound to generate interest and raise expectations.

Nagarjuna Residency, from the NCC Urban, a subsidiary of Nagarjuna Construction Company, touted as a cut above the other residential projects, is catching the attention of discerning buyers looking for quality, comfort, innovation though the company h as not launched an advertisement blitzkrieg.

Coming up at Gachibowli, the hub of IT, MNCs, prestigious institutions, which is becoming a major growth centre with rapid economic activity going on in its radius of five km, Nagarjuna Residency gives that location edge, say promoters.

Nagarjuna residency is designed to match the contemporary urban lifestyle with utmost care given to human and environmental factors, strike a perfect balance between luxury and nature and provide world class lifestyle, says NCC Urban Managing Director N.R. Alluri.

NCC Urban Head Venugopal says its latest project in city has customised designs in compliance with Vaasthu, hi-tech security system, swimming pool with toddlers’ pool, modern gym, billiards and table tennis, basket ball court, lawn tennis, indoor shuttle court, club house, two passenger lifts and goods life for each tower, centralised gas supply, 100 per cent power back up for entire flat, broad band Wi-Fi, landscaped garden.

The Residency on the whole would have 460 units comprising two, three and four bed room apartments with plinth area of 2,340 sft, 2,690 sft, and 3,170 sft respectively. Targeting NRI and corporate sector, the apartments are priced at Rs.4,250 per sft. The project would be ready by March, 2009.
