Future Group’s Home Town In Pact With Parryware

Loading ...Leading sanitaryware company Parryware Roca has entered into an agreement with Home Town, the specialty home products retail chain from the Future Group. Under this tie-up, Home Town outlets will display and sell the entire range of Parryware bathroom products.
While Parryware products will be available in Home Town’s outlets in Noida, Bangalore, Hyderabad, the company has plans to selectively make available Parryware products in other upcoming outlets, a company statement said.
Large scale retail formats have become the order of the day and have revolutionised the way today’s customers make buying decisions. Customers have the opportunity to see and experience a range of products which is otherwise not possible through regular retail outlets, due to lack of space. Customers also want to compare different brands under one roof, said K E Ranganathan, managing director, Parryware Roca.
We are looking at aggressive expansion plans in the next 6 months across the country. We have received an exceedingly good response for the brand in all our outlets. This association is likely to benefit both Parryware and Hometown in a big way,” said Mahesh J Shah, CEO, Home Town.
A few months ago, Parryware Roca had announced that it was targetting topline growth of 20-25% this fiscal. Its revenues were in the region of about Rs 300 crore.
Chennai-headquartered Parryware Roca, a 50:50 joint venture between Murugappa Group’s EID Parry and Roca Sanitario, Spain, offers a range of products that include vitreous sanitaryware, seat covers, plastic cisterns, bath tubs, kitchen sinks, electronic flushing systems and an imported range of bathroom products.
