After clearing the legal hurdles, Lanco Infratech Ltd, on Thursday, opened a model of the apartments to be build at Lanco Hills to the public. According to Lanco Group vice-president A. Narasimhan, the models — four-bedroom and three-bedroom apartments — showcased at Jubilee Hills are intended to help people get a feel of the construction and interiors to be provided at Lanco Hills.
Lanco has roped in world-renowned companies to make the life at Lanco Hills luxurious.
“Each apartment will be provided with a premium modular kitchen from a prominent Italian brand, bath products are being provided by Kohler and air-conditioning is from Japan-based Daikin,” he said, adding that the bedrooms will have wooden flooring. Designed by the world’s most renowned architects including Atkins, Dubai, DP Architects, Singapore and RSP Architects, Mr Narasimhan said Lanco Hills will be ready to occupy in 28 months. Landscaping, he said, is being done by the globally acknowledged experts Belt Collins of Hong Kong.
