GTC Industries to jointly develop mall in Hyderabad

Sanjay Dalmia-promoted GTC Industries has tied up with a property developer for developing a mall-cum-multiplex in Hyderabad.
The company will construct the retail mall plus four-screen multiplex on a plot of 2.75 acres in Hyderabad. The mall will have an area of approx. 220,000 sq ft.
The entire cost of this development will be borne by the developer, and 50% of the built up area will be the company`s share.
Shares of GTC Industries gained Rs 13.9, or 4.99%, to trade at Rs 292.25. The total volume of shares traded was 188,029 at the BSE. (11.26 a.m, Monday)
