IDBI Cuts Fixed Home Loan Rates
Tuesday, September 18th, 2007IDBI Ltd cut the interest rates on fixed home loans by about 100 basis points with effect from September 1. However, the floating interest rate continues to remain unchanged. The bank has also increased rates on fixed deposits for some maturities.
VUDA Approves 10 Layouts In Two Months

Out of these, one is VUDA’s own layout developed at Sontyam with 288 plots in survey no. 347/p and another is developed by the AP Housing Board in survey no. 28/p of Krishnarayapuram for construction of 66 row houses.

Government To Go Ahead With Auction Of Lands

A decision to this effect was taken at a high level meeting chaired by Chief Minister Y.S. Rajasekhara Reddy here on Tuesday.
