HUDA Auctions: No Takers For 112 Plots
Monday, September 17th, 2007After four days of land auctions, the Hyderabad Urban Development Authority earned Rs 544 crores of the targeted Rs 1,124 crores. Of this, Rs 248 crores was realised on Monday through auctions at Pentagon project in Miyapur and Rockdale Greens in Pokalwada near Hi-Tech City. Of the 265 plots on auction, 112 found no takers.
