I am planning to sell my plot in the Phoenix Port venture by SuchirIndia. The plot is in Phase-I. I had bought it in 2005. This a completed venture, all developments are fully completed, DTCP Final approved. The plot is registered on my name since 2005. This venture is located right on Bangalore Highway at Kothur village. SuchirIndia is an ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and CRISIL DA3 Certified company in Real Estate industry.
