Asipac announces HYDCITY Project - “Hyderabad Youth Destination CITY”

A project that seeks to promote the city as an ideal destination for the youth has been announced by one of country’s leading property marketing company Asipac.

HYDCITY, the $ 250 million real estate project is promoted by a multi-billion MNC conglomerate with interests in real estate, construction, property management, hotels, telecom, retail, medical imaging, insurance, financial services, semiconductors, t ech funding, cement, transformers among others.

Asipac which announced that it has signed a contract to plan and market the project informs that six group companies of the conglomerate are listed on NASDAQ and five on other exchanges around the world. They own 17 million square feet of income-generating buildings and provide asset management service for over 30 million square feet of property and plans to invest $ 4 billion in the country by the year 2011.

“HYD in HYDCITY stands for Hyderabad Youth Destination. The project is a lifestyle community for the young and energetic new-age Indians,” says Amit Bagaria, Asipac CEO. The project aims to keep prices in a range of Rs.20 lakhs to Rs. 35 lakhs.

Asipac has 23 ongoing projects including an 860-acre themed integrated township, a 250-acre golf community, 150-acre township, a multi-product SEZ and nine malls/retail projects. HYDCITY will not be like LIG or MIG homes and the quality of construction and finishes and the range of amenities will be better than the luxury apartments being sold across the country today, says Mr.Bagaria.
