Loading ...Visa Bulltetin for July 2007 was a sensation. The Priority Dates for all EB categories (except Other Workers category) have become “Current” - the word which is so sweet and dearsome for all the US Green Card aspirants. What this means is - whoever has the Labor Certification cleared - can apply for I-485 (Adjustment Of Status).
I am also in the same boat, and as per the trend the PDs were progressing, I was only expecting to get this chance after 5-6 years. I am all excited now that I have got a chance to apply I-485.
Hence, I will be busy with I-485 application process. You may not see any updates to my blog due to this. Please keep checking, and have a good time.
