Lanco Hills - Integrated Township With Ultimate Luxury

Projected as one comparable with the best townships in the world, Lanco Group is coming up with Lanco Hills, an integrated township spread over 100 acres at Manikonda on the city outskirts.
The preliminary groundwork for the project that promise to cater all the functions and facilities needed for modern day living has already begun and the work is to commence in full swing soon. At over 30 million sft and being developed at an estimated cost of Rs. 5,500 crore, the promoters describe it as one of the largest mixed developments in the country.
A purely high-rise zone, Lanco Hills is to come up with 15 high rise residential towers that will rise to accommodate about 30 floors. Apart from high rise residential towers, the township is to get dotted with office towers, service apartments, hotels, mall and multiplexes. The project is to get one of the largest shopping malls spread over 2.5 million sft.
For those keen on a peek into what the interiors will look like, the promoters assure the ‘ultimate luxury, comfort and convenience’. Also, ample parking area for residents, super markets, hyper markets entertainment and commercial and retail districts with every conceivable amenity for a great life, they promise. And the mall will have a 16 screen multiplex including a few gold class theatres. There is an IT space too coming up here which along with non-IT office space will accommodate 75,000 professionals.
The project envisages entire development on only 30 per cent of the space with the rest going in for landscaping. In the residential area, a total of 1,000 units in different categories are proposed. They will be in the range of 1,800 sft to 3,800 sft, informs A. Narasimhan, Vice-President, Lanco Group.
